Application for Domestic Patent Application

The novelty is that patent protection is obtained for a technical novelty which may be applied in the industry and exceeds the known status of a technique.

It is required to make an application before Turkish Patent Institute for protecting our invention within the borders of Turkey. In order that, the application is made by describing the subject of invention in the way of enabling its application by a person who is expert in the technical field following the novelty survey devoted to the invention.
